DESCRIPTION
Arc Decorators Filler is a water based flexible instant acrylic filler that will not crack and is easy to apply. It provides a flexible long lasting seal that adheres to virtually all materials. It dries quickly, no sanding required and can be over painted in 1-2 hours.
