DESCRIPTION

Arc Aqua-Block is a liquid acrylic resin dispersed in solvent and reinforced with fibres to allow the bridging of small gaps and cracks giving instant waterproofing.
For external use only.

USES

For waterproofing flat and pitched roofs, roof lights, flashing, corrugated asbestos, roofing felt, gutters, slate, asphalt, lead, glasshouses, metal, fibreglass etc.

APPLICATION GUIDE

Clean all moss, lichen, debris and contaminants from the surface. Ensure all corners are clean and gutters are free from plant growth. Aqua-Block can be applied to damp surfaces or when rain is expected but ideally areas should be free of standing water which may contain debris and contaminants. Large cracks, splits and nail holes should be repaired prior to application.
Aqua-Block requires no primer on most surfaces with the exception of asphalt and bitumen which should be primed before application. Drying time can be up to 72 hours depending on surface and temperatures. The product may remain soft for a further period but this does not affect it’s waterproofing qualities.

LIMITATIONS

Inspect surface and carry out an adhesion test to any existing coating or substrate prior to application. Not for use in areas where solvent or oil contact is likely. Not suitable for walkways, balconies, timber and new concrete.
