DESCRIPTION

Arc MS-11 is an all-round durable, flexible adhesive and sealant based on MS Polymer technology providing excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces and is paintable with most paints.
Can be applied on damp surfaces. Tested and approved in accordance with EC Regulation No 1935/ 2004 for materials intended to come into contact with food. This product is odourless, neutral and free of isocyanates. Conforms to ISO 11.600 25 HM.

USES

Suitable for sealing joints around sanitary fixtures, weatherproofing joints around windows and doors, glazing systems, joints and assemblies in coach body work. Uses also including gluing panels, skirting boards, windows, thresholds, mirrors and insulation materials. Will seal and bond glass, porcelain, coated metal, epoxy and polyester panels, polystyrene, UPVC, stainless steel, anodised aluminium and finished wood. MS-11 can also be used as universal filler for cracks and uneven surfaces. And can also be used safely in the foodstuff-related sector. For example the grouting of wall and floor areas in companies which are preparing and processing foodstuffs. The solid colours have excellent anti pick qualities and therefore make this product suitable for use in correctional institutions and areas where vandalism of the sealant may occur.

LIMITATIONS

Among others not recommended for application on PE, PP, Teflon and bituminous surfaces. Not suitable for use with aquaria or expansion joints. Not paintable with alkyd resin paint. On porous surfaces such as concrete a primer is recommended. Yellowing can occur in the dark. It is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability. Adhesion tests prior to application are recommended.

DESCRIPTION

Arc-Grip Solvent Free adhesive is a general purpose building adhesive formulated with high performance polymers eliminating the need for solvents. The adhesive has excellent wet grab with ample open time for positioning, and dries rapidly producing high bond strength. It can be sanded, it’s over paintable and adheres to all common building and construction materials including polystyrene. For interior, exterior use, rough, smooth, vertical or horizontal surfaces. The adhesive is ideal for fixing to surfaces that will be damaged by mechanical fixings. Non-Flammable.
